Preliminary Consultation - 30 min FREE

Session 1 - Assessment, 3-6 HOURS $75 per hr.: the site and the client are consulted and interviewed. An in depth on site walk through and property assessment is made, some education, and a detailed sit down with a back and forth dialog of possibilities,

conceptual designs and questionnaire review are worked through.

Session 2 - Earth working, 3-6 HOURS $75 per hr.: pegging/marking of earthworks, site preparation etc.

Session 3 - Planting, 3-6 HOURS $75 per hr.: initial plantings, initial component installation etc.

$100 Retainer and completed Questionnaire Due prior to Day/Part1 scheduling

A minimum of 3 hours of billed services are required to release the property design to client for a fee of $100.

A minimum of 6 hours of billed services are required to release the property design to client for a fee of $50.

A minimum of 8 hours of billed services are required to release the property design to client at no cost ($0).

30min-1hr: $25
1hr-1.5hrs: $50
1.5hrs-2hrs: $75
